The High Court ruled the order fails to comply with a ban on EU “imposes an obligation on ISPS to monitoring public” and with the requirements for achieving a fair balance of intellectual property rights, the freedom to do business, and in the key decisions, “the right to protection of personal data and the freedom to receive or convey information.”
Authorities would increase legal protection for both individual users and ISPS across Europe, since the EU, as the Court ruling the ECJ has consequences for the Act in all 27 EU Member States.
