Promenade Temecula in Southern California and short pump town center of Richmond, VA., will continue to collect data about the behavior of shoppers through the holiday shopping period until new year’s day, said the news release from the forest city of Cleveland, Ohio-based management, the Comercial has two malls. The signs have been posted to inform the buyer.
The system will provide information about the length of the mall shoppers staying and shopping patterns, such as whether they will go out of their way to visit a specific shop or whether buyers visiting some of the same store to compare the items and price, the release said.
Use the data, the Mall can move certain stores to make them more comfor location and address congestion, find out what other retailers should be added, what types of events and the promotion of what is most effective to attract buyers, said Stephanie Shriver-Engdahl, vice president of digital strategy for the forest city, in a statement.
